Build all you want. Credits only when we write it for you.

How credits work

• Your balance shows next to every “Generate here” button and on My Dashboard.
• The cost is counted after the result is written: about 1 credit for every 6,000 characters, never more than 3 for one run.
• If generating fails on our side, no credits are used.

When you run out

Nothing breaks and nothing you made is lost. When your balance hits zero, “Generate here” shows your options right where you are:

• We email you automatically when you’ve used 80% of your credits and again when you reach 100%, with links to top up or upgrade. You get each email once per billing month.
• On the free trial, the 25 trial credits are for the whole 7 days. Once your paid plan starts, you get your full monthly credits.
• Or simply wait: monthly credits reset on your billing day, shown on My Dashboard.

Resets, rollover, and limits

• Monthly credits reset on the same day each month as the day you signed up.
• Unused credits don’t roll over to the next month. Trial credits end when the trial ends.
• On Agency, credits are shared by everyone on the team. The account owner can see the team’s total use on My Dashboard.
• There is a daily safety limit per person (60 runs a day) to stop runaway use. Normal use never comes close.
• Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and aren’t refunded when you cancel.

Fair use

• One person per Pro login. On Agency, each teammate has their own login — please don’t share passwords.
• No automated, scripted, or bulk use of the generator, and no reselling access.
• Don’t use Promptliora to create content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful, or that copies someone else’s protected work.
• We may pause generating for accounts that break these terms. We’ll email you first when we can.

Your results

• AI-written results can contain mistakes. Review everything before you publish, send, or sell it — especially anything about taxes, law, money, or health.
• Promptliora never adds made-up testimonials or numbers on purpose; it leaves [placeholders] for your real proof. Fill them only with true information.
• What you create is yours to use in your business.

Billing and cancelling

• Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• Cancel during the 7-day free trial and you won’t be charged.
• How to cancel: log in → My Dashboard → Your account → “Cancel my free trial” (or “Cancel my plan”). Two clicks, no email needed. You can also delete your account there.
• Upgrading from Pro to Agency starts the Agency credits right away. Your projects and brand carry over.
• Prices and credit amounts may change. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change affects your plan.
